All orders ship from Italy using a range of national and international couriers. We offer flexible options tailored to your location and needs. Below you’ll find our updated shipping methods and return conditions.

Available carriers vary based on your destination:

Italy: Poste Italiane (€10), SDA (€11.50), BRT (€14.90)
Europe: UPS (€16.13), BRT (€18.63), TNT (€19.88), DHL (€31.13)
Rest of the World: UPS (€19.99), TNT (€24.65), DHL (€38.60)

Prices include adjustments for international destinations (25% EU / 55% non-EU).

The following options may be available depending on the order contents and carrier:

Anonymous Packaging: +€0.99
Extra Bubble Wrap: +€0.99
Toploader (for cards ≥ €19.99): +€1.99
Insurance (TNT only): +€9.90 (free for orders > €999)
Express Shipping: +€2.50 (free for orders > €24.99)

📦 Tracking & Responsibility

All shipments come with a tracking number. You can track your package via the courier's official page or on our tracking portal.

Note: Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, we are not liable for transit issues. Claims must be addressed directly with the courier.

⏳ Order Storage & Merging

Unshipped orders are held for free for 31 days. After that, they are considered expired.

Orders can be merged to save on shipping. Each additional order merged incurs an inventory fee of €0.70 per item. Once merged, shipments cannot be split again and must be dispatched together.

🔁 Returns & Exceptions

All sales are final due to the collectible and often pre-owned nature of our items. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
